Terms of Service — Qtyline

Qtyline is a service operated by Leadomator LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), Wyoming, USA. By requesting or purchasing a takeoff, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

We provide single-trade quantity takeoffs from plan PDFs you supply: Excel/CSV quantities and a marked PDF, for the trade and sheet limits described on qtyline.com at the time of order. Turnaround targets are US business days and are not guaranteed for incomplete sets, illegible scans, or scope outside the stated trades.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to share the plans with us. You are responsible for verifying quantities before you rely on them in a bid or contract. Construction decisions remain yours.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due after delivery of the takeoff files, typically $199 per trade (plus sheet overages if quoted). Late or unpaid invoices may suspend further work.

4. Accuracy redo

If a counted quantity we delivered is off by more than 8% versus a documented re-measure you provide for the same scope, we will redo that trade once at no charge. This is the sole remedy for quantity disputes.

5. No warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT QUANTITIES WILL MATCH FINAL FIELD CONDITIONS, CHANGED DRAWINGS, OR YOUR INTERNAL STANDARDS.

6. Limitation of liability

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A JOB IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT JOB. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST BIDS, LOST PROFITS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration administered by the AAA (Commercial Rules), seat Cheyenne, Wyoming, language English, as with other Leadomator LLC services, unless a mandatory consumer protection law says otherwise.
